As a Realtor, I do a lot more than just take a purchase order for your new home and write it up. I am a Realtor with 23 years experience and a number of years in the General Counsel’s Office at the Department of Energy. Of course, I negotiate hard on your behalf to get you a great home for sale in Bethesda in a prime location, but there is more to the job description than that! I feel that one of my most important functions is to ease a client’s fears and explaining doubts. Usually we are trying to overcome the doubts caused by earlier experiences with other REALTORS.
I am not out to talk you into buying something that you do not want. This is a collaboration – not a boxing match. There are no winners unless you win!
I believe that when you engage a Realtor, you already have decided to buy or sell a house. You need me to look out for your interests as I would look out for my own- to protect you from the things you don’t know and don’t know you don’t know. If you are thinking of buying a home in Kenwood Forest, for example, you may know that there is a condo fee – but what does it cover? What is the difference between Kenwood Forest I and Kenwood Forest II?
Often, to do the best job possible, I have to earn your trust first. You have to believe that I am in it for you – rather than for me.
If you are thinking of buying or selling a home in Bethesda or Chevy Chase, please give me a call at 240-401-5577. I am in the top 5% of agents in the BCC area and I am devoted to making your interests my interests!
