The same model sold in February 2022 for $455,000. A one bedroom one bath with 828 square feet sold in January 2022 for $300,000 while a two bedroom two bath with 1037 square feet sold for $399,900 also in January 2022.

The condo fee is $445 per month in 2022 plus an annual fee of $407 for the HOA.
