If you are still hungry, look no further than the restaurants at the Wildwood Shopping Center, like Oakville Grille, Le Pain Quotidienne, and Chop’t – and don’t forget the new Pike and Rose, just two miles away. This blog would be too long if I included all the new shops and restaurants going in there.
You can’t always eat out though and occasionally you need a grocery store! The Giant at Democracy and Old Georgetown is there for staples (although it could certainly be updated!) and Balducci’s is across the street for all the gourmet items and wine you could ever want.

Cabin John is one of Montgomery County’s best combinations of nature, sports and recreation. For example, the March 2016 market suggested a softening of demand and an increase in inventory. The median sold price for condos and coops in Bethesda was $299,900, representing a decrease of 6.1% compared to February and an increase of 3.4% from March 2015. The average days on market for units sold in March was 103 days, 46% above the five year average of 71 days.

A higher Contract Ratio signifies a relative increase in contract activity compared to supply, and indicates the market is moving in the seller’s favor.
